PRESIAV will develop a novel advanced artificial vision predictive system for measuring and correcting the dispersion between posts

• This cyber-physical system will allow the measurement of position dispersion in the x, y, z axes of bodies,
ensuring the reliability of the positioning as it passes from station to station on the production line.
• This system will reduce operating costs by 20% and improve productivity thanks to the
optimization in design and operation as well as guaranteeing 100% quality control
• Maintenance costs will be reduced by 25% thanks to the selection of materials and technical design
of the same.
• This new solution will reduce labor costs associated with production stations by
45% thanks to the automation of the system, as well as reducing unplanned downtime to 40% of the
current times due to quality failures.

The PRESIAV project proposes the development of an advanced system, with artificial vision cameras designed for
harmful environments (ATEX), position detectors, lighting system and computer software version
free to process all the information and show results in real time, digitizing the positioning of
the bodywork for its subsequent painting process and creating a database to act more efficiently on
the process.
In this way, it is intended to make a technological leap with an affordable and viable solution from the point of view
economic that integrates the use of artificial vision and the development of a tool that allows the
massive data treatment (Big data), as well as control of assets in real time.
This new solution will improve the competitiveness of the company based on the technological innovation that
will mean the execution of this project in addition to positioning itself in the market as a developer of solutions
advanced inspection systems that are sustainable and adaptable to complex environments. It will also allow to increase the
portfolio of services offering massive data processing and treatment solutions providing the
client predictive information for the efficiency of its processes.
